SAGE Upstate works with LGBTQ+ people aged 50 and over across Central New York. Its office is at 431 East Fayette Street in downtown Syracuse. It runs social gatherings, support groups and health and wellness programs, and it trains care providers to work with LGBTQ+ elders. It belongs to the national SAGE network.
