Eddie V's Prime Seafood

Came here for a customer dinner and it didn't disappoint. We ordered the tableaide steak tartar, crab cakes, and lobster tacos to share - everything was delicious. For my entree I did the soiree which was a 3 course meal. I started w the oyster trio, 10 Oz filet and banana foster dessert. The service was outstanding and DC took care of us. All the food was on point. Great dinner and highly recommend. I didn't take any pictures bc we were at a customer dinner.

Had my family together for the first time in a year for my birthday. Dinner started out great with drinks and appetizer, the all of a sudden our server Jesus just disappeared. Waited 25 mins for the next round of drinks, food order came out wrong and was missing half of it. We all sat with cold food and no drinks until they brought the rest of it 20 mins later. At that point it had been nearly an hour and a half of drinks and food missing. You only get one birthday and they ruined it, they comped the meal but that’s not the point, I wanted to celebrate my night with my loved ones. I’ll be telling all my friends to avoid this place. What a shame 1 STAR.

⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ The restaurant is beautiful, but unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. I made a reservation at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. When making the reservation, I specifically requested rose petals on the table to make the evening special. I was told that they could accommodate my request, so I trusted that everything would be taken care of. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When we arrived, there were no rose petals or special arrangements on the table. I even asked the gentleman who seated us if that was definitely our table because I had specifically requested the rose petals. He acknowledged my request and told me he would be back with the flowers, but he never returned. What disappointed me the most was the lack of communication and follow-through. If you confirm a special request ahead of time, the least you can do is make sure it happens or communicate with the customer if something changes. On top of that, the service was not welcoming or attentive. For a restaurant with such a beautiful atmosphere and reputation, I expected a much higher level of hospitality. I planned this dinner because I wanted my boyfriend to have a special birthday experience. Instead, I left disappointed with the way we were treated. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, but the service did not live up to the setting. A beautiful restaurant means very little when the customer service falls short. I made the effort to plan something special, and I expected the restaurant to honor what was promised. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I would think twice before returning.

Food was absolutely amazing and our server was super nice, but unfortunately, the valet was absolutely horrible. The valet who was a man with a beard and brown spikey hair he got my car had a horrible look on his face, held my door open waiting for a tip as if he was entitled to one didn’t give me enough time to reach in my center console for cash and then said “oh so no tip I see” absolutely horrible service he should be fired I pay 600 dollars on a bill for two people and this is how I get treated when I get into my car absolutely horrible he needs to be terminated asap!!!!!!!!!, complete embarrassment in-front of my first date.

Really good food. Wine pairing dinner was good.
