فندق فور بوينتس باي شيراتون كينشاسا
Visitors frequently praise the hotel's excellent and welcoming staff, with specific mentions of outstanding service from individuals like Mr. Max, Chef Gloria, Benedicte, and Glody. The food is also often described as delicious and varied, and the location is considered ideal. However, some guests have experienced long wait times for food, even when the restaurant is not busy, and one reviewer found the price of double cappuccinos to be very high.

The service was excellent. Mr. Max provided outstanding care. Without exaggeration, he genuinely enjoyed himself. I book appointments every Sunday.
An exceptional hotel with very welcoming and polite staff. The food is also excellent and varied. I had the opportunity to taste delicious omelets prepared by Chef Gloria.
Good prices downtown. Avoid ordering double cappuccinos here. I was charged $18 for two strong cappuccinos.
The staff are professional, discreet, and attentive. Room service is excellent; everything is clean and quick. And the meals are truly delicious, generous, and well-prepared.
Thank you so much for the warm welcome at Lufira restaurant. We were served by Mr. Max, and a huge thank you for your professionalism. He's a very kind and, above all, very professional gentleman. And the buffet was absolutely delicious! 🤤 😍 In short, congratulations to the owner, Ravish! 🙏🏽
