Me and my friends wanted a chill, cool place to go and we came to Kigali Universe and the food , the service was amazing.

The place is quite nice, but a real culinary disaster. It's unacceptable to pay 5,340,000 FW for a "mixed grilled" platter (supposedly for four people to share) and receive only half a sausage, thinly sliced ​​to create the illusion of quantity, or a side dish (plantain) for barely one person, all frozen. Even a glass of wine (10,000 FW) is barely 10 cl... We pointed this out before even starting the meal, and nothing was done to correct it. And don't even get me started on the pizza (a culinary horror)... In short, it's fine for playing football or bowling, but avoid it for dinner, lunch, or any other snack.
