Beautiful hotel, convenient location for Adelaide CBD events or travel.

Just worked brilliantly for the purpose of the stay and so close to the footy ground!

Wonderful beds and pillows made for very comfortable stay. Live French ballads and jazz in Bar on Thursday night were first class.

Recently stayed for business. Great location in central CBD. Only 10-15 minutes by taxi from Airport and a short walk from convention centre. Room was great and the bed comfortable. I usually struggle with Hotel pillows but these were great. Bathroom was clean and bright. I was on the 3rd floor so there is a bit of road noise but its a CBD location, so to be expected. I was there 5 nights and had the room serviced twice. It was done to a high standard. Restaurant downstairs was good for a quick tasty breakfast and had a good local trade as well. Staff dealt with my queries quickly and pleasantly. A pleasant stay.

I *had* written a bad review for this hotel as we'd had a bad experience with them even before we stayed, but I deleted it. My reason for deleting is because when we arrived for check in, we were greeted by a very caring front desk guy, who went out of his way to make up for what had happened. The issue had been that the hotel had taken the amount for the first night's stay from my husband's credit card without informing us that they would be doing so. This had been a shock to us. I still think it is unethical to do this without informing first. However, we did enjoy our stay very much, and the afore-mentioned staff member, whose name was Aashish, really did his best to make us feel comfortable. He was professional, personable and very caring. Thank you Aashish! Our suite was a tad small for a suite but it had everything we needed. Every floor also had water fountains where you could refill your water as much as you wanted. A great enviro-friendly idea. We also liked how you had a choice of dim or bright lighting in the rooms - though it would have been good to have this option for the bathroom as well, so you're not blinded during 'middle of the night' visits. The one odd thing I noticed in the room was that the wardrobe didn't allow side by side hanging of clothes but one in front of the other. Apart from that, our bed was comfy, the curtains completely light blocking, and the room well soundproofed from the busy streets outside. Aashish went out of his way also to show us some of the other rooms. One of these may tempt us for next time! We loved also, that we have found a hotel that doesn't have one of those germy breakfast buffets. Breakfast is a-la-carte and table service. Soooo good! And the restaurant itself, is French and fabulous, at very reasonable prices. The location is great, with lots to explore in the area. We normally stay on the other side of the mall, so it was good to explore this side. Thank you.

Great location if you want to be near bars and restaurants. Good sized rooms. Hot water not hot though, really just lukewarm. That was the only downside though.

Hotel is in nice central location to walk to attractions and the shopping mall. Room was pleasant enough but quite bland, the bathroom was freshly decorated. It had an iron, ironing board, tea making facilities and hairdryer. No in room safe and only a small open wardrobe. Bed was comfy. The hot tub and pool were pleasant but small. The lift to the right was quite temperamental and it stopped in between floors a couple of times when we were in it. The reception staff, apart from one friendly chap, were ok but just that, they didn't seem to have that much enthusiasm for their job. The housekeeping never replenished our milks and we had to keep asking for more.

I would like to thank all staff members for helping me have a comfortable stay for my marathon race today. They let me use the spa after my marathon although I had already checked out. Very good location, comfortable beds, clean rooms, quality service at every level and friendly staff. I can not recommend enough!

Location was great walking distance to rundall mall. Rooms are comfortable bedding was clean and beds comfy. Staff very friendly and accomadating to needs.we had brekky and it was absolutely amazing 👏 hear no noise from rooms making sleeping perfect 👌 spa was perfect however pool did feel a bit on the cooler side. Overall great place to stay
