From outside seems pretty shady, with people right in front of the door smoking weed, but besides that it’s actually pretty nice. The Pool was getting renovated when i was there so we got a voucher for the waterfront, which is 17 minutes away. But besides that the Waterfront is very nice, with Restaurants and just a chill vibe. The rooms were alright aswell, small shower though and we didn’t get enough towels. Breakfast was not good, the eggs were cold, just not cooked at all, maybe a mistake 😂. Breakfast restaurant was nice, but the food just wasn’t

We have a room on the 5th floor with a king-size bed. The room is a good size, furnished with a bed, table, two chairs, an armchair, and a refrigerator with coffee and tea making facilities. The bed is great for sleeping—comfortably firm yet soft. However!: There's no window to open! Nowhere in the hotel! The hallways smell musty, and the room probably/hopefully smells of cleaning products. The various unpleasant smells made our stay here very uncomfortable, despite the comfortable bed.

Rooms are always clean, the people working here are really nice and polite. I really enjoy the food in the restaurant and the service there is super quick and friendly

Great location, secure hotel, we have been staying here since I was a little girl and now come back and stay with my young family. The hotel is going through some huge renovations, unfortunately the pool wasn't finished in time to enjoy it, however our daughters didn't notice and loved scooting around and making friends with other children staying. The additional free entry to the wave pool was great and our girls loved it. A big shout out to Shona at reception, she is so very kind and helpful and very pleasant to deal with and Emily in the restaurant, such bubbly personality and so full of life. We stayed in the loft apartment for 15 nights and it was fantastic with the kitchen and laundry facilities all in the room. Thank you again and we will be up in 2 years.

Great location, pretty much walking distance to everything. The rooms are clean and tidy and the parking is secure which makes it a no brainer. Once the pool area renovation is done I'd love to visit again

Although we booked in February, we were only informed two weeks beforehand that the pool was being renovated and would therefore be closed. This was despite the fact that the work had already been underway since last November. A gesture of goodwill was refused.
