Oaks Perth Hotel

Stayed here for a couple of nights. When checking in, there were 3 staffs at counter. Chinese looking staff think name Mary didn't even bother to look at us. Staff komal just kept staring at us weirdly and not helping. Only Latisha was doing her job. Both Mary and komal just kept chatting on their own and ignored us completely even when spoken to them.

Had a night here , to recoup after the long weekend , big rooms , decent beds but a little scruffy , not bad for a night tho! Has Netflix etc , comfortable beds and pillows and the staff went beyond to help :)

Excellent location - close to all types of shopping and grocery, direct train ride to and from airport with 5 minutes walk, Public transport etc. Room is equipped with cooking utensils and essential amenities. Staff are helpful and friendly. My wife and I are very happy to stay here.

We were drawn to this hotel because it's very centrally located and it has a kitchenette that we could use to prepare small meals – something that we value in every trip. What we didn't realize is the hotel is actually surrounded by high-end boutiques and clubs and restaurants – it's literally Bukit Bintang in Malaysia. Check-in was wonderful – Komal handled us not only during check-in but also throughout our stay. She was very kind to accommodate our on-the-spot request for an early check-in. We were lucky our room was ready early so thank you so much!. The stay was completely wonderful and everything was central and super convenient!

Just wanted to leave a great review with this hotel even though we've never stayed in it. My daughters handbag was stolen from her at a nightclub awhile back & this hotel has came across all my daughters ID found in a room & has mailed all ID back to her so thank you all so much for returning it we appriciate it alot.

Just spent a not very good 7 nights at the Oaks Perth, booked an Executive Studio on 29 December 25 and confirmed over the phone that we would be given a walk in shower as I have a foot and leg issue and could not climb into a bath for shower, was told that would be ok over the phone and received e mail stating preferred preference. On arrival on the Saturday afternoon, was told after money was taken for the booking that no walk in shower available, so very unhappy asked to look at room to see if it was possible to access the shower which it was not, told they could refund and we could leave to find other accommodation, asked to use the room to get somewhere else, proved impossible for the location ,my daughter in law and myself tried for couple of hours. Asked if we could use the room and they said yes payment would be taken (fair enough), after not finding accommodation we ended up staying the week, and I just used the hand basin for daily washing and hair washing not ideal. The room was adequate, the bed, linen, towels and toiletries were fine, the sink was dodgy to keep the water in, I did mention to reception, ended up plugging it with a face cloth and putting the bath plug on top of it. There was a window that overlooked some sort of car park, view was of all the other rooms air conditioning units, car park down below, seemed to be used by hotel for goods service or other things very noisy from 6 am as was the laundry, dryer and washing machines in there going all day to late at night, we used that and it was very good. I have stayed at 2 Oaks Hotels in Brisbane and 1 on Gold Coast, never problems so extremely disappointed, it was also my husbands birthday on the day we arrived so very inconvenient. Cost of room was $1766.00 really over priced, I could go on, will leave on this comment, management of Oaks Hotel go and stay in Room 211 for a few nights, bet you will love the noise. Unfortunately will not use Oaks Hotels again, loved the Charlotte Street one, beautiful room and balcony there

Brilliant location Close to restaurants, shopping, bars, public transportation - close to the Underground. Staff are wonderful, professional and the rooms are clean. Best bed I've slept in for ages. Restaurant & room service on site. Highly recommend

Comfortable stay right in the heart of the city. Accessible to all services you'll need to enjoy a restful holiday. Moving around the city and out of city is effortless as the hotel is within walkable distance to Perth Station and Bus Port
