Such a great hotel tucked away right in the middle of town super cute rooms the bed was extra comfortable. Recommend for business trips.

Great location however Bed linen was absolutely disgusting Ended up stripping the bed and sleeping on top of the quilt Never stay there again

Excellent facilities and location

Service was good tried to help. Wifi is poor, advised it was very fast but struggled to load content. In room dinning didn’t work, iPhones don’t load it properly they said. Elevator was very slow due to break downs. And to top it off my TV remote was dead. Other than those little things it was all ok.

Large rooms with cutlery, plates, kettle, microwave, and Nespresso machine. Very quiet room. Location excellent, walking distance to the ferries, botanical Gardens, Opera house, the Rocks and the bridge. Also a guest laundry on each floor. Chromecast on TV easy to use.

A shower door that closes so the bathroom doesn't get wet. Hooray! Nice stay

Dated property and room. Broken tiles, old bathroom, tired space, felt stuffy. Need the ability to open a window.

Very relaxed, enjoyed a good location (access to public transport and local attractions). Local food was good, perhaps a bit overpriced, but that was not "hotel" food, it was local vendors.
