The location is indeed convenient, with attractions and transportation nearby, but the facilities are average and the price-performance ratio is not high. It is suitable for travelers who just want to sleep.

Welcoming, comfortable and convenient to access the Sydney Film Festival and Vivid activities.

I stayed here for 2 nights and during Vivid and for the price I paid I think it was such good value. The room was large and it was really quiet in a perfect location. I didn’t get the breakfast option so can’t comment on that but I didn’t hear construction at all. I’m surprised at the other reviews because I had a really good experience!
