We arrived for the weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary at the hotel with activities for children. 1. The service at the reception with a smile but not really service. I looked for the room at the hotel for 20 minutes and all the time asked the employees who pointed in the direction like a tool and left. 2. I asked for a quiet room and informed them that we were celebrating a wedding anniversary - in an all-inclusive hotel you can easily put wine and glasses or even water in the room with a congratulatory note, but they chose to ignore it... I got a room by the pool with continuous noise all day and night with a connecting room that I didn't even ask for (our friends asked for a room with a connecting door and close to the activity, they told them there was none and put them on the 5th floor!) 3. The activities are very shallow at the babysitter level and my daughter who didn't want to be at camp was ignored at the activity, as if anyone who wasn't at camp wasn't part of the hotel. 4. Mediocre food but delicious. Apart from ice cream, drinks and popsicles, there is nothing to snack on between meals… 5. In our room, the phone and air conditioner were broken and there was a blockage in the shower - we fixed it relatively quickly but then there was a sewage smell from the shower for another two days 😕 6. We paid for parking for 4 days in a row because there are about 20 parking spaces in the hotel parking lot and we were unlucky.

We arrived on a family vacation, 2 adults, 4 children for five days. The service of all service providers is above expectations. From the moment the receptionists greeted us, they were very welcoming and treated the children as honored guests. The highlight of the hotel is the entertainment team. They treat the children responsibly and with lots of love. We put the older ones in the hotel's children's area and there the girls from the camp team (Yuval, Agam, Shirley) and wow, they were so responsible, full of energy and just got the children moving in an amazing way! The evening shows are very expensive! The rooms are small and not clean. And the food is very unvarying and not tasty. The location is far from the center of Eilat.

We have been staying at U Coral Beach Eilat for several years in a row, and every time we get an excellent experience that really makes us want to come back again. The level of service at the hotel is simply exceptional – personal attention, courtesy, professionalism and a warm and family atmosphere from the moment we arrive until we leave. The rooms are always clean and tidy, the food is varied and delicious, and the facilities are of a very high standard. But above all, what really sets the hotel apart are the people and the wholehearted service. Special thanks to Mrs. Tal Rubin from the hotel management, for her personal attention, caring, amazing service and availability for everything. There is no doubt that you are a significant part of the reason we continue to choose this hotel year after year. Thank you for a perfect vacation, see you again ❤️ P.S. The ground floor room experience with the private pool was a fun upgrade

I stayed with my family at U Coral Beach Club Eilat and we had a perfect vacation! The hotel is beautiful, clean and full of good atmosphere. The staff was kind and helpful throughout the stay, and always made sure to help with a smile. The food was delicious and very varied, with plenty of options for everyone. The pool and private beach were stunning, and there are also lots of fun activities for children and adults. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the location near the coral beach is just perfect. Totally a hotel that is fun to come back to again! 💙🌴🩷
