My partner surprised me at the paint pub. Of course, we came for the actual experience itself and not to get drunk, But we wanted to order a beer and a schnitzel with fries. The waiter/bartender or whatever barman who worked there simply collapsed. He couldn't deal with a group of 10-15 people who were all busy painting and needed to bring them a cocktail or some beer (didn't everyone order?). After ordering, the beers arrived half an hour, the food almost forty minutes (I remind you there's no pressure and no one drives him crazy, he's just looking for someone to order and convince). At the checkout, the same employee simply belittled my partner and complained and judged us for not bringing a tip even though there's no law requiring such a thing, so the very request was impudent. A tip is a pampering customer if he's satisfied and also according to his financial situation. He'd be surprised that sometimes those few shekels are missing for the person in front of him who maybe needs to bring him a tip and not the other way around. The sheer disrespect that was relatively public towards those waiting for payment like "Funny, five shekels didn't go through but four shekels did" and simply belittling us. My partner is a student and before her paycheck she said "Yes, four shekels is all I have left and I only have 2 shekels as a tip to bring." His hesitation is not normal. If he is so short of money, he should find another place to work where he will earn more, but it seems he has no standards and won't get far in life. The bad reviews here are not surprising. And our tip for the employer is to fire such an employee. Luckily, there was an amazing external experience that was not related to the employees of this place that we experienced and enjoyed. The organizer is also being offered a change of location.

I arrived with friends at an event after purchasing tickets through an advertising link that did not include clear information that entry was for men only. When we arrived, I was denied entry on the grounds that it was a men only event – ​​something that was not stated in advance and which the guy at the entrance agreed to when he looked at the ad himself. The venue promised a refund, but as of today it has not been received. I was disappointed to discover that my gender was the reason for preventing me from entering. I expected a place that claims to be open and inclusive to act transparently and fairly towards the entire audience regardless of gender. This is not the way to create an inclusive community – a very disappointing experience.

A shocking place and not recommended at all. We arrived at the pub with 3 people and the manager named Avi did not let us in, claiming that the event was for men only (there was a woman with us who of course paid admission). The issue is not mentioned anywhere. Of course, it goes without saying that the refusal to let us in is illegal given the circumstances, as it was the owner's mistake and not the customers who paid the best of their money. It was embarrassing and disrespectful of him to behave like that. Beyond that, the place looks neglected and stinks! Take care of yourself while you still have a pulse. Following the place's response to the review - it is not mentioned anywhere that the event is not for women. Of course, we showed the invitation and the details to Avi and he apologized and therefore gave his phone number so that the place is aware of the scam and is still trying to disclaim responsibility. He probably did not give his personal details to sit down for a coffee in Rothschild. We chose not to enter because we certainly would not leave her outside to look at the architecture of the place. Regarding the cleanliness issue - this is not our first time at the place and we chose to come to the event because we heard recommendations and decided to give it a chance so that we didn't have to go in to see what the aesthetic situation was. I think they could have been more flexible and gotten out of the fix and become service providers for just one moment and not let us leave feeling like this. They could have accommodated the event and let her in or offered free entry for another time. It costs a lot less than unhappy customers.
