The location here is very convenient. The staff are all very friendly. It's super close to Shibuya Station, making it easy to get around. The soundproofing is also quite good. The bed was just the right size for me, and I fell asleep very easily. I would definitely come back here again!
Great location, bathtub, clean, small but functional rooms. No noise
My husband and I are smokers, so we are happy just to stay in this hotel because they have smoking rooms option. The suites are okay, they have proper amenities and clean enough. We got suites that has ground and upper floor, a bit hard to take luggage upstairs to where the bedroom is because the stairs so tiny. Stayed in 2 different kind of suites due to extending our stay. Location is great and the price is fair for Japan. Nothing to complain :) Will happily stay here again if we are back in Tokyo.
They hung up on me multiple times. It was awful. I will never stay there again.

I had a concert nearby, so I searched for an inexpensive place to stay without meals near Shibuya, and this place came up, so I booked it early. After looking around, I found there were lots of restaurants nearby, so I went for a stroll and had a meal after the concert.
