GRANBELL HOTEL SHIBUYA

The room was spacious, and it was nice that luggage storage was available after check-out. The staff were friendly.

Perfect location

The hotel is very dated and in dire need of renovation. Worst ever stay in all of Japan! It was old and dirty. Rooms are matchbox sized. We were a family with young kids and were given smoking rooms which were stinking. One was completely inhabitable so we told the staff to change the room, they agreed to change for a fee. When we denied paying as it wasn’t our fault that the room was stinking, they agreed to change for free. Definitely would not recommend this place to any families. The only good part was the location- very close to Shibuya crossing and all the shopping centres around it.

The hotel is fine, near the station. No breakfast, no closet. There is a step to toilet and bathroom that is not convinient.

Old and smelly. The room key broke several times, and I had to go to the lobby to fix it each time. So troublesome. Far from the subway station. CS's attitude was so-so. The building opposite the doors and windows is very close; people walk by, so there's no privacy.

A hotel with an excellent location in Shibuya, offering direct connections to numerous train stations. The single room is very small, though it is sufficient for a couple.
