Poor in hygiene, maintenance and services, the access to the building is occupied as a pathway for a restaurant’s kitchen, smell & garbage … Discussed the remarks with the owner and hope to see improvements with new reviewers

Very bad condition not clean the walls full of spider webs the electricity will go away and generator stops at night2 am till morning 6am and supposed it will stay but it went out again at 8am and we packed with no electricity 20$ for room is enough not more I found also hair on my pillow he allowed us to use the AC and changed us 50$ but after the generator is gone we couldn’t keep the door open as the screen door has a huge hole so he reduced 10$ but still doesn’t meet the criteria of 1 star! Not recommended

. Don't trust pictures like what happened to me this This place is one of the worst hotel apartments. Musty smell I can't stand one night in this place the bed is dirty. The bathroom is too small for a person and very disgusting. I would not advise anyone to stay in this disgusting place. Unfortunately, I got dizzy and fell ill

Beautiful and clean place walking distance from everything around ... The owner is very nice and helpful.

Horrible place. the room was not cleaned!! We found trash under the bed of all kinds! In addition to this, couldn't sleep from the heat because he removed the AC remote to reduce his electricity bill! Not recommended at all!

Warm place

Maroun made the checkin quick and easy. Friendly and responsive. walking distance from berdawny river with a view of the entrance, affordable and suitable for a big group as multiple adjacent apts can be booked. Ample Parking available in front of it. if you are looking for a simple stay and the traditional Lebanese apts feeling, this is it.
