Bad massage

Guess they got raided or something cos only new faces of masseurs now. Previously they have better masseurs like nick, amirul and azri. Sadly all left or not in service anmr Pity them. Wonder how’s their business gonna be since the good ones left

Honestly, one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had at Teman Spa! I came here 4 days ago, and I’m still thinking about how good it was. The therapist was super friendly, professional, and very attentive. He asked which areas were painful and really focused on those spots—definitely knew what he was doing. I left feeling so relaxed, light, and comfortable. What I really appreciated was how thoughtful he was. He checked if the air-conditioning was too cold, and when I said yes, he quickly got me an extra towel and wrapped me up so I felt warm and cozy. Also… he smelled AMAZING. The fragrance was so nice and calming—I’m actually curious what perfume he was wearing! I didn’t manage to get his name, but he wears glasses and is fair-skinned. I really hope I can get him again next time I come. Highly, highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sauna after massage feels really good. But the jacuzzi water was cold. Not sure if it was intentional. I will definitely visit this place again.

It was my first visit, and the receptionist introduced the menu politely. After the massage, I showered in the massage room. When I came out, there were no staff around, so I left. There was not even plain water provided after the massage. Later, my friend told me that during his visit, he was brought to the jacuzzi, steam room, and other facilities. Perhaps the package I chose was not premium enough to access those facilities and receive a more standard level of service. The nearby massage at Sungei Wang is better than this one.

Amirul's massage felt lazy and not therapeutic at all. He appeared distracted throughout the session and was even burping throughout, which was unprofessional. The one hour massage ended after only 45 minutes. Also, no tea was served to me, despite other customers being offered tea. It’s a shame, because the facility itself looks nice. Unfortunately, it seems the place relies more on the physical appearance of its therapists than on actual skill.

Nice experience and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. Good facilities too.

Very nice place & very clean

Nice environment, competent professional therapists, with the extra bonus of a dry sauna and plunge pool. A little pricey and the service could be a bit more personal but otherwise had a good experience.
