The location is excellent, close to D Mall, just five minutes away. The staff were very helpful. The rooms are spacious, but the balcony window lets in noise, sunlight, and drafts. There were a large number of ants in the room. The sunlight coming through the balcony window was so intense it was almost blinding, as if there were no curtains.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. We had an excellent experience here. Decent room with fresh and clean linen and comfortable beds, sufficient and decent daily breakfast, swimming pool that is not that big but more than enough. Location is the best thing about this place. Next to Savemore and a buffet restaurant which is also very worth it. Almost opposite D'mall and Jollibee, along the road and next to HOHO loading and unloading area. You can't fault this hotel. This is the hotel that is enough for all kinds of people. If you want convenience, this is it. If you want budget, this is also it, if you want comfort, this is also it. It's not lavish, it's not extravagant but you will have fun. The staff here are also very nice, whether it's FD or their restaurant, the workers are super friendly. It's just great here. There are four of us and we all have the same opinion. Even our friend who just visited us, also had a good comment about this hotel. Would I come back here again? Yes, definitely. Definitely.

We booked Agoda and paid 4800 for a deluxe room with 1 bed, 3 days and 2 nights, the sink was leaking, the TV remote was broken and the staff were rude. They said we were in 302 but they took us to 203. The staff guy said it was okay, it was the same as the deluxe room, but the one we were with was a regular room, the room was even better than ours🤣🤣🤣. But the restaurant staff was very accommodating, it was okay. 🫶 for me, it wasn't worth it. It was our first time staying there. We were stressed out, but we thought it was normal. When we checked out, they told us to return the beach towel. We didn't borrow it. It turned out that the one we borrowed was in room 302. I said we should have stayed there, but they put us in 203. The staff girl was just a little upset because she had already checked out.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. While the room was quite expensive for what it offered, we understood that hotel rates in Boracay are generally higher. The location was convenient, as it was close to D’Mall and D’Talipapa. Our experience took a disappointing turn during checkout. The staff told us that the bath soap bottle was missing from our room. We explained that when we first checked in, the bottle was in the bathroom. However, after we requested housekeeping during our stay, we noticed that the bottle was gone. The staff spoke to the housekeeping personnel, who insisted that they had left the bottle in the bathroom. They also claimed that we had asked them to refill the bottle, which was completely untrue. We never requested a refill because we brought our own toiletries and didn’t use the hotel’s bath soap at all. What disappointed us the most was how the situation was handled. Instead of investigating what happened, reviewing the CCTV footage, or checking whether the housekeeping staff had accidentally removed or replaced the bottle, they simply expected us to pay for it. Since we were already running late for our flight, we had no choice but to pay the ₱300 charge just to avoid further delays. The ₱300 wasn’t the issue. It was the way the hotel handled the situation. It felt like they were more interested in collecting payment than finding out what had actually happened. If something goes missing from a room, guests shouldn’t automatically be held responsible without a proper investigation. We had a wonderful time in Boracay, but this incident left us with a bad impression of the hotel. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we would not stay here again, and we would not recommend it to our friends.
