I had an outstanding experience with Red Planet Ortigas that truly deserves recognition. After checking out this morning and arriving at my office, I suddenly realized that I had accidentally left my wallet inside the room safe. Naturally, I was very concerned, but when I contacted the hotel, Marjorie from the Front Desk immediately assisted me with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care. Not only did they locate my wallet, but Marjorie also helped arrange for it to be sent to me via Lalamove, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everything was returned intact. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've found myself in this situation while traveling. In the past, I've experienced cases where lost valuables were never returned, which is why this experience stood out even more. The honesty, integrity, and willingness to go above and beyond for a guest are qualities that cannot be taken for granted. Red Planet Ortigas is more than just a comfortable place to stay—it's a hotel with integrity. Knowing that the staff can be trusted with something as important as a wallet gives guests tremendous peace of mind. Special thanks again to Marjorie and the entire team for their honesty and exceptional customer service. You turned what could have been a very stressful day into a reminder that there are still businesses and people who genuinely care about doing the right thing. Highly recommended!

Very accomodating and nice hotel staff.

bed are not firm anymore (like your drowning in water) still a compact hotel new app doesn't carry your previous tier(for discount) new app shows three different kind of price, it is very confusing
