BEWARE! The home/hotel massage only lasted 20 minutes, the therapist asked for much more money than the agreed upon rate with the management staff. It truly is a scam. I should have taken note of the previous bad reviews. On top of that, the therapist stole my AirPods Pro. I know this because I could track the location of the AirPods. To be fair, the management staff seemed to have attempted to get the therapist to return it but was not successful. Maybe it was just this one therapist but it truly does reflect on the management and the spa. My advice is to avoid this place at all cost.

This is a scam place. When I came in, only 1 staff greeted me. No choices were given. First, he offered me the 800 option but I asked for the Oracle's insight. He said that yes to it. I paid and was told that change will be given after the service. Inside a tiny room, massage was started and when asked if he will give me the Oracle's insight, he said it was not available and the massage I got was worth the 60 minute instead of the 90 minute. The 60 minute was not even a full 60. And surprise. Never got the change.
