Nice apartments for fair price

I booked for 1 night here and was really happy with my stay. The bed and pillows are good, the room was clean and cozy, it even had a ready to use kitchen area with plates and all. the bathroom was also clean. I would definitely stay here again.

My staying in Abundant Eco Hostel was amazing . I highly recommend it .

The room was very good. Overall, I really liked it. The only downside is that the accommodation is next to a restaurant, so the smell of food wafts into the room on the breeze. There might also be some noise from conversations and music, but it quiets down by 10 PM and the food smells are gone. For those with cars, parking is quite limited. This might be something to consider if you love your car. 😅

I stayed there for two months. I absolutely loved the location, is between two restaurants, close enough to laundry and 7/11, and fair walking distance to boat avenue where all the cute restaurants/stores are. the manager is lovely and super flexible, it’s a new project so there’s a couple details that needs to be fixed but you can tell they are doing their best job to offer a good experience for their customers. the rooms are pretty and cozy. would definitely book with them again!

Actually is very way blow average and expected. I will keep saying trust the evaluation from people did it. In this place. Just imagine once you book a room from to. And then they would ask you to leave the room or you will lose your down payment that joy dud. And way above as requested!!! This kind of places I’ve would call it a scam places to stay in. I will wait for a positive response from them if they did return my down payment or not. Or I will escalate this issue. With them. It’s their choice not mine. I have evidence conversation between me and them I took a screenshot will post only one if they won’t response the sooner I will. The rest if they do not stick with our terms of conditions.

Made a booking from 16-19 Jan 2026 on Aug 2025 but they informed me that they couldn’t accommodate me 5 days before checkin date only after i repeatedly messaged them about the checkin information. Accommodation around that area are either fully booked or surge in price but they are unwilling to take ownership of the issue. Repeatedly messaged them to give a reasonable explanation or solution but was ignored. Shady place, poor customer service, stay at your own risk.

The hotel is spotless and newly renovated Housekeeping name Tiew did an amazing job I felt very comfortable throughout my stay 7 nights plus the location is very convenient near Boat avenue and Porto de Phuket , you can find a nice restaurant there

Starting from the first moment arriving there, nobody was waiting for us at the airport like we had arranged. When I tried to contact them, there was no answer. I was genuinely worried that we were being scammed. Finally after a very long wait, the driver showed up and took us to the hotel. The stairs leading up to the place were very steep and slippery, plus there was no hand railing. I specifically wanted a hotel that was close to Laguna beach for a swim race the next morning. The woman lied and said it was a five minute walk, but we discovered that it was a 15 minute drive, at best. We specifically asked for 2 beds, but were given one queen bed. They promised to change it for the next night but did not. The place is still under construction and workers were noisy banging, drilling, and talking loudly until very late. After I texted the contact person (is no front office and the only way to communicate with anyone at this place is via WhatsApp or facebook messenger) they argued that it was impossible because she checked CCTV and they were already gone, which was a lie. Then we discovered that the construction workers dripped paint on our shoes that were in front of the door. When I told her, she insinuated that I was lying and used the same CCTV excuse that it couldn’t possibly have happened. We were expected to use less than a single full roll of toilet paper for two days. Nobody came to replace our towels. They should know better than to open a hotel before the construction is done. They have a lot to learn about communication and customer service. The cars, motorbikes, and trucks on the road out in front are super loud at night and barrel down at all hours. Stay away, or you will face more annoyances than it’s worth.
