The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Next to the iconic burj khalifa, dubai mall and burj khalifa park as well as the famous wings of mexico (walking distance). What I like in this hotel is obviously the burj view. The receptionist Laxuman, he is very professional in handling guests and he upgraded our room on his own initiative from city view to burj view (maybe city view is also good not sure), late check-out at 14:00 max (as per availability not guaranteed). The valet staffs Robiul, Emran and Mukhtar who assisted us both check-in and out was very kind people, the smile is giving us a good vibe. The room is not modern but great, very clean and neat. The breakfast was great, more options, good ambiance with terrace. Pool is in good position as well as the gym in the other tower but not easily accessible, you need to ask the restaurant staff to assist you get in. What I don’t like was when I came very early morning to asked about the policies so I can understand how they work, such as if early check-in is possible, late outs and more to understand how I can manage my time but not on rush to check-in, its more on inquiry. We were in pullman downtown with 16:00 late check-out so I was wondering if I can leave before jummah prayer so it will not be hustle but either which I am comfortable and so I can start cooking right after prayers but the lady reception on that time was a bit rude, not welcoming and she doesn’t know how to tone down, I was bit upset but Alhamdulillah Laxuman and his colleagues was polite even before the upgrade and the late check-out raised. So we end up checking-in around 18:30 in the evening because I wanna avoid chaos, I just want a peace of mind with no tensions along the way. You’ll enjoy a free shuttle to some of popular places, I also attached here the hotel facilities-timings. Anyway the overall experience was good and Insha Allah we can come back in the future.

We stayed here during our trip to Dubai and were very satisfied overall. The hotel's biggest advantage is its location; being able to easily reach Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountain, and Dubai Mall on foot is a great advantage. The view is truly impressive, especially in the evening. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very convenient for extended stays. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Thanks to its central location, spacious rooms, and beautiful views, it's a successful hotel to choose for your stay in Dubai. I can wholeheartedly recommend Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai.
