I have very bad experience!! I forgot my pouch there I noticed when I’m on taxi..And they said it’s nothing there!! very difficult to communicate them it’s like they don’t really care..

I accidentally left my gold earrings behind and realized it almost immediately after checking out. Within about 10 minutes of leaving, I called the hotel and asked them to check and keep them for me until I returned. I was told they were not there, and after that my calls were repeatedly ignored. Unfortunately, this reflected the overall experience during our stay, as the service was poor and it was often difficult to reach anyone by phone. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism was very disappointing, especially when dealing with a lost valuable item. I expected much better customer service and support.

This is a 3-star hotel, and I'd rate it below average. There was no attention or any kind of customer service. Upon arrival, they gave us a room that had just been cleaned; the floor was still wet. We paid for breakfast for nothing. There was no variety, no organization, and on top of that, the order was delayed. The restaurant, UBK, was too small to accommodate everyone. The pool and beach access are part of a residential complex, and we didn't enjoy them at all. If there were a crowd, they told us to take our own towels from our rooms. Unfortunately, the beach wasn't clean. Priority was given to residents, even though they had hotel reservations. This discrimination is the biggest reason people aren't encouraged to book this hotel. There was absolutely no class in the service. Perhaps the only good thing is that the rooms are large. When we asked for a late checkout because we had a baby, they refused, claiming they were busy and the hotel was fully booked. Honestly, the entire hotel is occupied by Asian people. I absolutely do not recommend it. The environment is not suitable for Arabs. I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to help others so they don't waste their time at this hotel.

Halimah and tachi were really great housekeepers, Such a great hotel with nice views and an amazing pool, the kids area was really nice for our cousins, the food was exceptionally great, 100% recommend coming here, And thank you halimah and tachi
