Good place. Clean and neat. Quite welcoming actually. More like at the end of old quarter. So going to market area is 1 km away. The gym is to die for … in the basement. Very stuffy, really small … so you will feel breathless.🤣 more like 3.5/5. Rooms are really nice and very clean

The hotel is located near the old town, so it's quite quiet. The price is also reasonable, but it's not recommended to stay here during the flood season; it's perfect for summer.

We booked a room here for two nights on the same morning. Check-in was seamless, and we received several recommendations for tours, restaurants, and tailors. We were able to book our tours through the hotel, which worked perfectly every time. After each tour, the staff checked in with us to see how we were doing. Since we had a sunrise tour, they prepared a special breakfast box for us. All in all, we felt very welcome and valued. Every member of staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is also fantastic, as it's about a 7-minute walk to the old town, and the hotel is situated on a quiet side street.

Cozy (Original) Hoian Boutique Villas offers excellent service and is highly recommended. Upon arrival at the hotel, you are greeted with a welcome drink, and in our case, we were welcomed by SAM, who gave us tips on what to see and where to eat in the city. Despite his youth, he is completely dedicated to his work and, above all, eager to help, for which we are very grateful. The rooms are spacious, bright, and very clean. The breakfast is very generous, with a wide variety of exceptionally high-quality options. We really liked the location just a stone's throw from the city but in a very quiet and safe area ❤️

Perfect location, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, and yet only 10 minutes from the old town. Excellent customer service 👏

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff member Tracy was very helpful in getting us bookings to all the different activities and providing suggestions on where to eat and get suits in Hoi An. Wi definitely be back!

Great location, just outside old town, less than 10 minutes walk to busy part( so nice & quiet) Staff are fabulous, very helpful and understanding. Rooms are big & clean. Kathy and her staff are so kind and friendly, nothing is too much to ask. Breakfast is in opposite hotel and a huge selection for all tastes. We highly recommend. Reasonable price for a room for two people, nice lady at the front desk (I don't remember her name) gave great recommendations for places to visit and excursions. Everything was great. The organization was top-notch. I highly recommend it. 😁😎

Do not recommend! Whilst the location is perfect, tucked away in quiet street 7 minutes away from the old town, everything else was dissapointing..the hotel premises are VERY very very old, and in desperate need of renovation. The walls, lamps, curtains and floors look dirty and or have mold due to age and wear. The bed is hard and makes noises with every single movement. They do not have smart Tvs in the room nor does the hotel have an elevator. Additionally, the breakfast is not served on site but in a different hotel. There, are far better options in the area with the same price, if not cheaper!

It is beautiful,clean and quiet. Nhi gave us the warm welcome and helped us a lot. Quang helped us even not in his office time. We really appreciate with them. Recommande to stay here.
