Beautiful location. The air conditioning was broken. It was boiling hot. Apparently, it has been broken for a while. They couldn't do anything.

Very disappointing experience. We had deliberately booked a hotel room with air conditioning, but upon arrival, the controls for the air conditioning turned out to be completely broken; the buttons were even broken off. After much effort, we were offered another room, although it was initially suggested that we take a suite for an additional fee. Unfortunately, the replacement room was no better. According to the staff, the air conditioning would work by turning it on downstairs, but here too the buttons were missing and the air conditioning did not work. Additionally, the balcony/window door could be opened, but could not be closed properly afterwards. The condition of the room also left much to be desired. There were rust spots in the bathtub and the rooms do not match the photos used in the advertisements at all. Later, we contacted the reception again with a request, to which they indicated that they would check the system. Subsequently, absolutely nothing happened and we received no feedback whatsoever. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that no form of compensation or solution was offered. Poor service, poor maintenance, and misleading photos. We won't be coming back here. The only saving grace was that the mattress was firm and good.

Dated with multiple defects, air conditioning didn't work upon arrival (27 degrees), toilet wouldn't flush (the response to this was 'go to your friends' toilet,' even at night), everything broken and not clean, we have another weekend planned but if nothing is done about this we are going to cancel, mini fridge didn't cool and was so hot that there was a fire hazard sooooo

It is terrible that I have lost money on this and glad that I am not the only one with a negative experience regarding this. So it is not my fault. Upon checking in, I already wanted to flee and my gut feeling warned me. Upon getting out of the elevator and in the room, there was an overwhelming dirty, musty feeling. Panic set in, and not a single window could be opened, not even on the tilt setting. Everything looked very sticky, warm, incredibly musty, and dirty as a first impression. I thought it was just me, but judging by the surroundings, everyone had the same complaints. The breakfast was OK; I felt sorry for the staff, who were friendly and did their best, with some apologies and the hope that they get paid. At 10 pm, there was a knock asking for help to get the window open. I didn't stop to think whether the air conditioning was working or not. I wanted to leave, but canceling was pointless now and there was no refund. For €100, I had booked a good hotel with better, more pleasant conditions than before, instead of despair. Sad, but hold your breath, close your eyes, and switch off your feelings and common sense. And hard-earned money gone.

Attentive staff, a generous breakfast buffet with a wide selection of rolls and bread, delicious baked goods, and tasty homemade salads. Unfortunately, there was no parking at the hotel. The air conditioning didn't work properly, and the TV reception was poor. Since we didn't always have good weather, we didn't find this acceptable, although it wouldn't have been noticeable in better weather. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay very much and would come back again if the opportunity arose. Thank you for everything! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

4-star hotel? It isn't even worth one star! According to booking.com, there was supposed to be air conditioning. None of that is true! According to the hotel, it was "broken"... but it was cold in the breakfast room! It was 32 degrees outside and the room was super hot. Besides the fact that the air conditioning didn't work, there were many points to complain about. The curtain hung there looking sad. The net curtains were damaged (all torn) and the blackout curtains didn't close properly. Additionally, half of the curtain wasn't even hanging from the ceiling... In the bathroom, there was grime on the tiles and a light didn't work. There was also only one cup (there were only two of us). Every corner of the room had little flaws that weren't finished properly (peeling paint, a mini-fridge removed from a cabinet, damage to the doors, etc.) and the interior was very old-fashioned. In the morning, breakfast was waiting for us. I would skip this for what you pay for it. There were a few sandwiches to choose from and some standard fillings... not exactly luxurious. We knocked on the counter downstairs several times regarding various issues, but they didn't offer any solutions. They referred us to file a complaint on booking.com! What service! The location was top-notch in that regard... the only positive thing.

The worst hotel experience ever. We were on the 9th floor and the air conditioning didn't work at all. The room remained at 26 degrees and, moreover, the air conditioner made a loud humming sound every few minutes, making sleeping impossible. I went to the reception several times that evening, but each time we received the same response: “It has been reset” or “We are looking into it.” Eventually, it turned out that the air conditioning throughout the entire hotel was broken, without this being reported beforehand. The balcony door was also broken and the balcony was nothing special, with a view of a flat roof. The room itself was not very fresh or clean either. In the end, I drove home in the middle of the night because it was unbearable. Getting my money back was also a hassle because everything had to go through Booking.com. Absolutely not recommended and one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

Just arrived...room's quite good...mattress unfortunately a bit soft...let's see how breakfast is.

I was happy with everything: good price, good location, good breakfast. But I couldn't open the window in my room, and the air felt foul.

I was there, booked a room, but after booking it turned out the hot water wasn't working. An employee said I just had to shower in cold water. It turned out the rooms I stayed in were dirty. I took a photo of the room, but the employee refused to do anything at all. I couldn't get my money back either because I wanted to book another hotel.

The hotel was reasonably priced, the bed comfortable, and the room relatively spacious. But €20 for such a basic breakfast is simply ridiculous!
