Booked this hotel for the BTS concert and it was very clean and convenient transport wise. The staff is also very friendly. Would come again for sure !!

Very well located, lovely tree-shaded terrace at the back. Super friendly staff, especially Claudia at reception.

The location is great; there's a bus stop right across the street and the tram is a 5-minute walk away. My room faced the street, so the little bit of sunlight that brightened the room in the morning was lovely.

The receptionists are very friendly, always smiling! The housekeepers are excellent and do a great job. The terrace is a big plus.

The team of the hotel (house keeping included) is wonderful, super helpful, smiling and welcoming. Everytime i spend a night there, it feels like home. Beautiful people, specially Nicoleta.

I stayed two nights at this hotel and had a great time. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Claudia, at the front desk, was the person I interacted with the most during my stay, and she was truly helpful. I highly recommend it!
