Very dirty Very bad

This room is the essence of filth and horror. From the first second you walk in, you want to get away (or die). The hallways are dirty and broken, and the room is almost impossible to describe in words. I stayed inside briefly and left immediately; on leaving, I told the employee that it was filthy, and he just nodded to indicate that he knew it too. He wasn't surprised, and neither am I when told that the sheets aren't cleaned.

Not bad overall. The room was clean, and the receptionist was helpful and friendly. The location is excellent—right in the city center and close to everything.

Excellent hotel located in the city center. It's hard to find better value for money and a great location. You're just a short walk from the street.

Worst room. It stated that they serve all amentities, but some of the was not noted once we stayed. The worst part is ant infestation. Whole of our cake got spoiled by ant. The room was very dirty and definetely not perfect to stay even a night. The shower was broken therefore found difficult. Worst experience.

The room and bathroom are terribly outdated. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything and I do mean everything outside your room. I believe I taught an intense rash from their linens or towels as I experienced one of the worst rashes I’ve ever had in my life. My skin broke out in big red welts in the middle of winter after just one night in this hotel. I have no allergies nor skin issues I deal with. I’m positive it came from their linens. Lastly, the morning of my checkout, 10 min to 11am someone banged on my door asking when I was leaving prob because they heard the shower get turned on. As a solo female traveler this was extremely disarming and uncalled for. I was extremely uncomfortable and upset at this approach to ensure that I check out “on-time” which I did. I communicated to the front desk when I handed back my keys that it was very inappropriate and unacceptable to have someone bang on my door because they heard the shower come on at 10:50. He made an excuse which didn’t make sense. Ladies do not stay here, you deserve bett treatment and a space to lay your head.

The staff weren't very friendly, and handing over the keys as you were leaving your room was unusual...

This is the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in! The rooms reeked of cigarettes, you could hear everything that was going on in the hallway, no heating, no TV. IT'S TRULY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NEVER COME HERE, REALLY. €90. NINETY EUROS FOR ONE HORRIBLE NIGHT.

Worst hotel in entire Europe. Rooms are filled with fungus and dirt. Shower warm water not working and toilet not functioning. The staff were very unprofessional and deceiving.

🤮THE MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL IN MY LIFE! Absolutely everything is dirty, smells bad. The only plus is the more or less good location, but it's not worth it. There are much better hotels in the same place and for the same money.

Nothing positive, no elevator and lots of stairs, the rooms are horribly dirty, do not book at this hotel.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! From the moment you enter, electrical wires are sticking out of the walls. The stairs are dangerous, and the handrail is completely wobbly. As soon as we got to the room, we noticed the dirty floor. On the sheets and pillows, we found traces of blood, yellowed stains, hair, and other debris. Seeing this, we looked more closely. Under the bed, there were mountains of dust, a plastic fork, papers, and bits of cake. The radiators were full of dust, and we found an old mascara hidden in a corner. Some sections of the walls were completely moldy. In the bathroom, the toilet bowl was full of limescale. The toiletries provided were half-used. Under the sink, we found a towel and a pillowcase. They were damp and covered in suspicious stains... Having little choice, we stayed the night. That evening, ants were wandering around the pillows. On the 3rd floor. In the morning, we found a bedbug strolling calmly on the sheets. And ants had taken over the floor. Wanting to wash away the filth we felt, we reluctantly took a shower, given the state of the tub. After 5 minutes, there was no more hot water. As we left the room, we came face to face with the cleaning lady, sitting in a closet, surrounded by cleaning products, talking on her phone and snacking. Unbelievable. The staff are friendly, but the hygiene of this place is appalling. Safety is also a concern, as the floor is threatening to collapse and the shower upstairs is cracking right above the bed. We're not usually fussy, but this is unbelievable. Feel free to refer to Joyca's video for the images.
