What reviewers say

Some visitors praise the hotel's excellent city center location and good value for money, with one mentioning a clean room and friendly receptionist. However, a significant number of guests report extremely dirty rooms, with descriptions of filth, bad odors, and even insect infestations, leading many to leave without staying.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I booked a room. What did I find? Room with fleas, mattress bigger than the bed frame, room 2m by 2m, smaller than a prison cell. Bathroom poorly cleaned, broken toilet flush, curtains all dirty. The worst garbage I've ever seen. I didn't stay in the room and the hotel won't refund the money. I booked a room at another hotel on the same night. That second one was top-notch and impeccable.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The rooms are filthy, and there's a nauseating smell in the hallway and throughout the rooms. I arrived around 2:00 AM, exhausted from my day, and had no choice but to stay. The bathroom is disgusting, with a constant putrid odor; it was impossible for me to shower in those conditions. This establishment is unsanitary and should be shut down. The "Royal" designation should also be revoked; there's clearly nothing royal about it, and it's a protected designation that implies a minimum level of quality. !!!I strongly advise against staying at this hotel!!!

I didn't stay overnight! It's shameful, I don't understand how it's possible to have so many negative reviews but still have a hotel open. The photos on the website are misleading. I have never, ever seen such a dirty hotel! Hair everywhere on the floor, stained sheets full of hair, and don't even get me started on the bathroom and the suspicious marks on the wall. I truly hate the owners of this place.
