They haven't provided solutions to the problems we've encountered, and the staff have been unhelpful and unfriendly.

We booked two quadruple rooms for our stay. Upon arrival, we were informed that there had been a flood and our rooms were changed. We understood the situation up to that point. The problem came later. One of the "quadruple" rooms consisted of two small beds and a sofa bed. When we opened the sofa bed, it was impossible to sleep on: we could feel the entire metal frame against our backs, and the mattress was extremely thin and uncomfortable. We tried to solve the problem by putting the mattress on the floor because it was literally impossible to rest. The next morning, we went to reception to ask for a simple solution: another mattress or a room change. The response was that they couldn't do anything and that we should send an email to the manager, assuring us that they would refund our money for the inconvenience. We sent the email and haven't received any response. The following day, we returned to reception and were again told that they couldn't do anything. We understand that unforeseen events can happen, like the initial flooding, but what's been disappointing is the complete lack of solutions, follow-up, and customer service. The least they could have done was try to offer us an alternative or respond to our complaint. They shouldn't have left us sleeping on the floor.

The room was very spartan. There was no way to hang up a jacket or anything else (which would be wet, as it had rained), since there was no wardrobe. There wasn't even a hook for a towel.

I want to express my great dissatisfaction with the hotel. We had a reservation, paid for, for a room for three people, but when we arrived there was only one double bed. That night they gave us a single room and asked us not to say anything, as apparently the receptionist couldn't do that. The second night was the same. There was no third bed, and after waiting quite a while, they finally brought one. They told us they would refund half of what we paid as compensation, but that never happened. The location isn't bad at all, but the place itself isn't very pleasant.
