Amazing!!!! Personalized service, incredible breakfast, and an unbeatable location. 100% recommended for families, friends, and even solo travelers. It's a shame they were doing renovations, but it's going to be great from what we've seen. I'll be back!!!!!

Wonderful staff (from the manager, maids and receptionists), ready to help guests, namely our group. Breakfast is excellent and the hotel is right in the center.

Decent hotel, ok price-quality ratio. The rooms are older, not modernly decorated, wifi doesn't work well in the rooms, but the location is great and the rooms are exceptionally neat and clean.

The room is terrible, the toilet was filthy as soon as we arrived, and the bed was easily broken as soon as we lay down on it, because it was not light. The hotel is dirty and dirty, only the hallways are nice. First of all, I have to praise the 2 cleaning ladies who were very kind and friendly, and all the workers at the reception. The breakfast was delicious, however, there is not a large selection.

The hotel is old, but everything is neat and clean, friendly staff, parking in the hotel yard and a great location. Renovation is in progress and I hope that they will fix some of the loud installations, because other than that there are no complaints.

We stayed at this hotel for one night at the beginning of September 2025. We booked it on the premise that it was the oldest hotel in Osijek. It still has that imperial charm; you feel like you've been transported back in time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful. We would definitely return.
