Everything is good. This is a spectacular vacation hotel. It's just outside the city and it conveniently close to a supermarket and a mall for shopping.

The surroundings are not appealing. The hotel, however, is very good for the price. Breakfast is great. We've booked it twice already as an overnight stop on our way to vacation. We'd gladly stay again.

Well, for this increased price I expected more.

The hotel's location is reasonable. A dilapidated stadium surrounds the hotel. There are many parked cars. The service is fine. Good assistance at the reception. However, the room was not cleaned when requested. We had to ask for towels and an extra pillow. The room is very spacious with a beautiful but narrow balcony. The door is difficult to close. The connecting door doesn't fit at all, and you can simply look inside through the gaps. Many weathered stains on the wood and a dirty mirror. Slippers were provided, but no bathrobes. You only get access to the wellness area for one hour a day. I expect unlimited access with this suite. Bathrooms are spacious with a separate toilet. At the request for something extra for an anniversary, the hotel went the extra mile. Superb. The lounge is amazing. Lovely chairs and delicious snacks. The music could be a bit more varied. In summary: With this suite, which is supposed to exude a certain allure, you should expect a little more.

My friends and I have been going to the café for a long time and we always look forward to summer. So that we can have a cigarette with our coffee in the garden. Since last week, smoking has been banned even in the garden, even though it is exceptionally spacious. They don't understand why the garden can't be divided into two sectors. This means we stop visiting the café, because a coffee without a cigarette is about the same as goulash without dumplings.

Very disappointed with the approach of the hotel management. We have been regular visitors to the hotel café and garden for many years and have spent considerable sums there. We were all the more surprised by the decision to ban smoking of regular cigarettes and cigars in the outdoor garden, while electronic cigarettes and IQOS devices are still permitted. This decision seems illogical and discriminatory towards some guests. If the goal is to ensure a smoke-free environment, the rule should apply to all forms of smoking equally. Instead, a situation arises where some guests are favored and others are disadvantaged. It is a pity that the hotel management apparently responded to individual complaints without regard to long-standing and loyal guests who regularly visit the establishment. Such decisions may discourage many customers who have supported the hotel and its services for a long time. I respect that setting the rules is fully within the competence of the hotel management, but as a long-standing guest, I fundamentally disagree with this step and consider it unfortunate and poorly thought out.

The rooms are nice, we just had a technical problem, which was solved at the reception. The breakfast is great, rich and tasty, everyone can choose. The wellness is small, but sufficient for a short rest included in the price of the stay. Thank you
