Pools and saunas perfect. But the food could be better in the pool bars. Tortilla with pork gyros - vegetables were tasteless, the meat in the tortilla was a few pieces and still thick.

Last week, we spent four hours at this wellness center, and it was truly one of the best ways I could imagine spending a day. Everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the saunas, the food, and the drinks. Everything was thoughtfully organized and created a very relaxing and luxurious experience. A special highlight was the sauna ceremony performed by Niki. Her performance was absolutely amazing and made the whole experience even more memorable. For a few hours, I genuinely felt like I was not in Brno anymore, but rather at a beautiful holiday destination. I will definitely come back again, because this was a truly exceptional experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel deserves a maximum of 3, to 4 stars. Very cold reception at the reception. Basically, upon arrival, they let you know that either they don't enjoy their job, or at least someone had a bad night's sleep. The room was clean, cozy. Paid minibar. I missed free water as a courtesy. After all, the price is high. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The mattress was hard, but that was more of a plus. The fitted sheet is a step back in time. The bathroom door feels very cheap. The cosmetics in the bathroom are average. I expected a great breakfast, since they often talk about their "overpriced" restaurant. Breakfast was perhaps the biggest disappointment. The coffee was bitter,...you couldn't even drink it with milk. The selection was generally weak. Again, annoyed-troubled staff everywhere, who don't even greet the guest. Nobody makes eye contact. I don't understand it. The last straw was when I wanted to use the hotel shuttle. I was waiting for a car with a group of people, but in the meantime several employees jumped into the car, and there was no room left for the guests. Really big disappointment!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Maximum Resort near Brno and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. We would particularly like to commend the exceptionally friendly, helpful, and competent staff. From check-in to departure, we received warm hospitality and always felt welcome. The rooms are modern, very clean, and tastefully furnished. They offer a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The spa area is an absolute highlight. The entire facility is of high quality and offers a fantastic atmosphere for relaxation. We were particularly impressed by the themed sauna with its changing infusions every half hour – a true wellness experience of the highest standard. The culinary offerings left nothing to be desired. The breakfast buffet provides everything your heart and palate could desire – from fresh pastries and regional specialties to a wide selection of sweet and savory delicacies. Dinner in the restaurant was also excellent and perfectly rounded off our stay. The resort is ideally suited for cyclists. Charging our e-bike was completely straightforward. Furthermore, there is ample parking directly in front of the hotel, making arrival and departure particularly convenient. Those wishing to explore the surrounding area will find the nearby reservoir and the impressive castle a wonderful destination for walks, hikes, or short bike rides. In conclusion: An outstanding resort with a first-class spa, an excellent restaurant, great rooms, and exceptionally friendly staff. A place to feel good and relax – we would love to come back!
