Good position, right in the center ...no air conditioning and noise all night...

My time at Hotel Bookquet in Prague was truly an unforgettable memory. As you can see in the photos, the room was decorated with cozy and stylish interiors, making my stay very comfortable. Above all, the daytime view of Prague through the window was like a painting, and the night view, transforming with the sunset, was so romantic that I found myself staring in awe. The neat and delicious breakfast enjoyed in the room every morning made the start of my trip even more perfect. The hotel's location, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch, and I highly recommend it if you are planning a trip to Prague. The view from the window is truly artistic, making it a place I definitely want to visit again. I felt the thoughtful care during my stay and left feeling truly healed. Thank you, Hotel Bookquet, for creating such wonderful memories.

The location is great and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is delicious, too. I got room 318 on the 3rd floor, a rooftop room, and it’s so romantic~ It’s spacious with two beds and a sofa!

Bad experience I booked through Booking.com, and after reserving the rooms, they added a price claiming the reservation was for one person per room, and that a second person would need to pay extra, even though the rooms were originally for two people! Also, Booking.com stated there was paid parking near the hotel, or rather, parking belonging to the hotel, but this is untrue. A real tourist trap! The problem isn't the false information, but the way they treated us like fools.

I recently stayed at Hotel BOOKQUET in the heart of Prague, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel has a beautiful boutique atmosphere that combines modern comfort with the historic charm of Prague’s Old Town. Its location is perfect, just a short walk from Charles Bridge and many of the city’s main attractions. One of the highlights of the hotel is its outdoor facilities. The courtyard patio with its Renaissance fountain creates a peaceful and relaxing environment, especially for breakfast or an evening coffee. The outdoor seating area is elegant, quiet, and adds a special touch to the overall stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding. My room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained every day. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was modern and clean, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious and cozy at the same time. I would also like to especially recognize two staff members who made the stay even better: Daman and Muhammad. Both were professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality, attentiveness, and positive attitude truly stood out and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. They are a great example of the excellent customer service at the hotel. I highly recommend Hotel BOOKQUET to anyone visiting Prague who is looking for a stylish, clean, and comfortable hotel with outstanding staff and a wonderful atmosphere.

It's in a very central location but quiet. After checking out, the luggage is kept in a secure area behind the reception until evening. When we came to collect it, they said they had found our headphones in the room and returned them. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They don't have their own car park, but you can leave your car in the covered car park 500m away. It's possible to drop off or unload luggage in front of the hotel. My wife loved it; it's a business run by a woman who pays attention to detail.

The initial room I was given had an AC problem. Erolcan at the front desk was very helpful, changed my room quickly, and even upgraded me.

Our stay at the hotel was simply excellent. From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed an unbeatable location, perfect for getting around easily and enjoying the surroundings. The hotel's atmosphere is welcoming and conveys a sense of calm and well-being that completely invites relaxation and the enjoyment of a wonderful few days. Furthermore, the hotel's design is meticulously crafted, modern, and tastefully decorated, creating elegant and very pleasant spaces. The breakfasts were another highlight: varied, comprehensive, and of excellent quality. Another particularly noteworthy aspect was the service we received from all the hotel staff. The attention was impeccable at all times, with a kindness, professionalism, and warmth that made our experience even more special. Without a doubt, a place we hope to return to.

One of the best places I've ever stayed! Employees were super kind and so helpful. We stayed in the of the family apartments, it was so nice, and convenient. Clean, and lots of room. The lower room even had a nice view of the Altstadt lit up. Nothing compares to the breakfast! Wow! I think about it everyday. If I ever make it back to Prague I will stay here just for the breakfast. Fresh, lots of variety, and so fancy. There is a quaint cafe next door, and convenience stores nearby. Location of the hotel is convenient to everything you'd want to see in the Altstadt. You have to find an overnight parking deck nearby, there are several that are walkable from the hotel..they are expensive and the spaces are small, just fyi. It's nice to park your car and leave it, you will not need it to get around this very walkable city.

Small hotel with lovely rooms, a delicious breakfast, and very friendly staff. Just a 5-minute walk from Charles Bridge. I would definitely return.

Beautiful hotel at a good location but most important, great start that really made us feel welcome and to make our stay fabulous.

Absolutely terrible experience. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and constantly provide misleading information. Staying here was extremely unpleasant from start to finish. The rooms are dirty, there is not even basic soap provided in the bathroom, and the attic-style windows with heavy beams make the rooms feel cramped and uncomfortable. There is also absolutely no view from the window. This hotel completely ruined our stay. There are far better options available — do not choose this hotel under any circumstances.
