Beautiful, natural campsite right on the water with a large jetty. Very friendly owner, speaks excellent German. Unfortunately, we forgot to transfer the remaining balance of our booking ourselves. We were able to access the campsite on our arrival day without any extra charge, and even two hours before the scheduled arrival time. This is sadly almost impossible in Germany these days. The barrier comes down and opens at 3 pm sharp. That's our experience. We're looking forward to a relaxing week here at Skanderborg so Camping.

The only comfort in these cabins is hot water. The bathroom and bedroom are very small. The bed is miserable, we both woke up with back pain. The sofa is broken, you can feel the frame in front and behind when you sit in it. These cabins need renovation.
The most unsympathetic person I have ever met must be Henning. I booked a place for 3 months and stated the size of the car and agreed with his employees that I would have to pay 4 weeks in advance. When I arrived I was told that I had not booked a place but I could stay for 3 weeks. And not 3 months as agreed
