Rude staff with long hair

At the counter next door, during rush hour, the previous customer from the night before dug a pile of coins out of his pocket to pay for a beer. The bartender counted the chips, and then gave us a whiskey on ice. Nothing else to note except that he was using the same buttons to count the coins to add to the ice. I wonder if we could get coins from the cash register to suck on if we asked for them?
