Naï Naï

I had the lacquered pork dish, which was excellent. The garnish was original and well-seasoned, flawless. And with just one dish, I didn't leave hungry. However, the place is small and noisy; it opens at 12:00 and is packed by 12:20, so you don't want to miss opening time.

A very disappointing experience with Naï Naï. We placed a €94 order. Upon delivery, we received another customer's order: same name, but a different phone number, for €37. We immediately called the restaurant to report the error. There was no apology and, more importantly, no real attempt to address the problem. Since the delivery driver had already confirmed the delivery, the only "solution" offered was to cancel our order and then ask us to place a new one, with a refund that was uncertain and likely to take up to 48 hours. In other words, after receiving the wrong order, we were asked to pay €94 a second time, without even the guarantee of a quick refund for the first order. The restaurant also retrieved the incorrect order that had been delivered to us, but did not arrange for a replacement. When a restaurant makes a delivery error, one expects at least an apology and a solution that doesn't burden the customer with the financial and practical consequences of the mistake. Very poor handling of the problem and particularly disappointing customer service. We will not recommend this restaurant.
