B&B HOTEL Marseille Euromed

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room, advertised as overlooking the courtyard, actually faced a very busy street, with a lot of noise, day and night. Between the traffic, the outside disturbances, and the constant noise from the air conditioning and other equipment, it was very difficult to get a good night's sleep. In addition, there was a general lack of comfort that did not justify the price paid. The main purpose of a hotel room is to be able to rest, which was unfortunately impossible under these conditions. Finally, I regret the lack of consideration given to my complaint after my stay, with a response implying that my comments could not be taken into account because I hadn't reported them on-site, rather than a genuine attempt to listen to the issues I encountered. I do not recommend this establishment and will not be returning.

I stayed for four days with my wife and son. I wanted to thank the staff. The boys and girls at reception (special mention to Fares Kader) whom I had the pleasure of meeting were incredibly kind. The woman at breakfast was always smiling. One small complaint: the girl who works the morning shift on weekends, who wears glasses, was really unfriendly and unpleasant. I don't understand how she was hired. Perhaps she was feeling unwell that day. Sorry. In any case, thank you so much. I'll definitely come back. 😉

A classic, unpretentious hotel, but adequate for a short stay. Well located, about a 10-15 minute scooter ride from the port of Marseille, and fairly well soundproofed. The room is basic with a working hot shower, and the reception is standard. The pillows were a bit flat, but the reception staff quickly provided us with replacements. A slight drawback is the overall atmosphere and the number of guests, which felt a little less reassuring.

Very good hotel, comfortable and quiet, a 30-minute walk from the old port.

Experience shows that overall, the minimum standard is met. It's adequate for one night. Unfortunately, breakfast did not improve our experience; it needs improvement in every aspect, from the welcome and cleanliness of the tables to the quality of the limited selection. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Clean, basic room, fine for an overnight stay. Friendly service. The hotel's surroundings aren't particularly beautiful, but it feels safe, at least during the day. Avoid arriving at the hotel at night. For the price, I would return.

The facilities are much like every B&B Hotels we've stayed in. The breakfast was the worst compared to the other B&B Hotel we've been to. So little offered for same price.

Avoid at all costs! Bed bugs in the room. I spent two nights at the hotel and woke up with my legs covered in bed bug bites. I reported the problem by email, and the response was, "We confirm that you will soon receive a full refund for your stay." However, a few days later, I was only reimbursed for less than a quarter of the cost of my stay.

Extremely disappointed with the hotel. Upon arrival, you have to go to reception to get a badge to open the gate, but there are no parking spaces. We were forced to leave the car in the middle of the road and wait an hour because of the queue. During the nights, we were disturbed by bedbugs. As a result, a refund was initiated, but while we were told in an email that we would be refunded for OUR ENTIRE STAY (€301.20), the transfer we received was only for €71. This is because only the last night was considered. You did not honor what you told us in your previous email. This is a violation of consumer rights.
