What reviewers say

Many visitors praise the friendly and professional staff, with specific mentions of Fares and Selim for their exceptional service and kindness. However, a significant number of guests complain about noise disturbances from the busy street and internal building systems, making sleep difficult, and some express concerns about the safety of the surrounding neighborhood, especially in the evening.

We had a wonderful stay at the Euromed B&B! The hotel is affordable, very clean, comfortable, and ideally located. All the staff are warm and professional, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to Lina, who welcomed us with exceptional kindness. Always smiling, attentive, and available, she took the time to answer all our questions and make sure we had everything we needed!

We stayed one night at this hotel and were very satisfied. The reception staff were welcoming, helpful, and efficient. Everything went smoothly, from check-in to check-out. The parking lot is very secure, which is really reassuring when traveling by car. The hotel is clean, well-located, and offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel!

I absolutely do not recommend it. It's nice for sleeping, yes, but if you need anything, they never help. The breakfast room plates, forks, and glasses are very, very dirty. If you're in your room during the day, you can hear the cleaning staff slamming the door every 3 minutes, no exaggeration. I would never recommend it if you have a baby because there's no food for them, especially if they've started solid foods. THERE ARE NO BOILED EGGS IN THE WHOLE HOTEL. There are no options at breakfast. There are absolutely no tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, etc., just croissants, cakes, salami, and cheese. I said, "PLEASE BOIL AN EGG FOR MY BABY," and they absolutely refused, even saying, "THERE ARE NO EGGS." All the staff are only focused on answering questions, not on providing service or fulfilling your needs, and they generally have politically charged answers to everything. For example, you order coffee, but it has no taste, it tastes like awful mud, and you really want coffee and say, "I want coffee, even if I have to pay for it, can you give me some?" Their answer is always, "The coffee is over there." You say, "It doesn't taste like coffee," and the answer is again, "There's coffee over there." Don't lose your mind if you want to stay at this hotel.

The reception was really not good at all. We slept in a room where there was a leak above us, making noise all night. The receptionist offered us breakfast as compensation for the noise we had, but in the morning when we went to get our breakfast, she told us they hadn't identified us. So, I spoke to a new receptionist named Amira, who told us about the rude faces and said we had nothing wrong with us. I think this will be the last time I visit this hotel.
