This association shows absolutely no respect for the neighborhood. There are repeated disturbances at night; the center is supposed to close at 11 PM, but at 12:30 AM it's still open and noisy. As a homeowner on this street, I no longer feel at home. With a stroller, the street is practically inaccessible because the numerous people who go there occupy it, and the entrance to my building is often occupied by squatters. We expect real change from you and that you will respect the opening and closing times, which are 11 PM. From now on, I will not hesitate to contact the police if this continues, as we are starting to lose patience because our well-being is being affected! Please take the necessary steps!

🟤 My first visit to Le Local was a mixed experience. I accompanied a friend, and while the welcome was a bit confusing, with a few questions about confidentiality—I understand the need to respect privacy—I was surprised by the coldness of the attitude, especially since my initial request was quite simple. Upon entering the bar, I found a work-oriented atmosphere, and I felt a lack of warmth. Perhaps a few improvements, like sofas or cushions, could make the place more inviting. I'm looking forward to experiencing the more festive events to get a better feel for the atmosphere. So far, I haven't felt like I've fully connected with the place, but I'm open to giving it another try.
