The rooms were clean, the welcome was very good, and the view from the suite room was fantastic.

A very disappointing stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Marseille Vieux-Port. The main problem is the almost complete lack of soundproofing. We spent two sleepless nights with the feeling of sleeping with the windows wide open. Given the constant activity of the Old Port, the noise is simply unbearable. Despite a recent renovation announced by the hotel, it seems more like a superficial refresh than a genuine, thorough overhaul. The facilities appear outdated and are not up to the expected standard for this category of hotel. The breakfast is very average, with nothing particularly special about it. As for the staff, we had a lot of trouble getting reliable answers to our questions. Their lack of information and organization gives a general impression of amateurism. Considering the price, the value for money is very disappointing. I will not return to this hotel and I do not recommend it to those looking for peace and quiet and a level of service commensurate with the price.
