Radisson Blu Hotel, Marsella Vieux Port

Disreputable hotel. I was robbed on the premises while I was at the hotel pool. My room key card was stolen while I was swimming. I had to spend the night in a room that had been ransacked, where my bank cards and computer had been stolen. Not only did the hotel not move me to another room, but I wasn't offered any compensation. The handling of this incident was deplorable.

Best 4-star option in Marseille (I've done them all). Very nice staff, rooms are large for French standards, and the views are lovely. Most other 4-star hotels in Marseille would not be considered 4-star hotels in other markets (they would more likely be 3, if not 2 stars). I think this hotel is the one exception.

We stayed three days in the suite overlooking the harbor. Beautiful, and breathtaking at night. Very modern and functional facilities, the bed is huge and incredibly soft; we slept wonderfully—one of the best places I've ever stayed. The pool is a peaceful oasis. The breakfast was very good.

I haven't yet had the chance to stay at the Radisson in Marseille, but I contacted the call center at the number displayed and had a wonderful experience with Habiba, the customer service representative ❤️ Very professional and patient

A terrible meal at the restaurant. I heard several customers complaining about the sloppy service. The burger I ordered cost €25 and consisted of supermarket-style bread toasted in a toaster or broiler (it's the same thing) and a very thin, overcooked frozen beef patty. There was no cheese, nothing had any flavor, and the fries were frozen... €25!!!... A McDonald's cheeseburger is literally and honestly of the same quality. The photo also shows the cutlery marks on my hands. Avoid at all costs.

Would have been 5 stars if not for the surge pricing that made the room far overpriced for what it should have been, and a coke costing 7 euros at the terrace bar. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were a lot quieter than I expected for Marseille port, well located, staff were helpful and best of all, I had a late flight and they gave me a fresh key when I came to collect my luggage so that I could shower in the fitness room before my flight.

This establishment should be avoided at all costs, especially for young people looking for an internship. My girlfriend and I had an unacceptable experience with this hotel, which openly mocked us from beginning to end. They strung us along for over a month, assuring us everything was fine, only to make us travel there every week for nothing, under the false pretext that "the manager wasn't there" to sign the paperwork. After wasting our precious time and giving us false hope, they decided to cancel our internship at the last minute, without a second thought. This is completely unacceptable and cowardly behavior. Because of their total lack of professionalism and respect, I now find myself without an internship at the last minute, in a critical situation and in absolute crisis with my high school to validate my academic year. They clearly take young students for fools. The worst part was when we went to collect our documents: they returned our internship agreements crumpled and covered in coffee stains. This demonstrates their utter contempt for interns and for the work of others. I sincerely regret not speaking up immediately and telling them to their faces how I felt, I was so shocked, but at least my public opinion will serve as a warning to others. If you are in middle school, high school, or university, don't waste your time here. They have no integrity, no respect for commitments, and no consideration for students. Look elsewhere and find an organization that truly respects people.

Avoid this place at all costs if you're a student. This hotel openly mocks young people. After making us wait a whole month and travel every week for nothing, they canceled our internship at the last minute. This is an institution to avoid, especially for young people looking for internships. My girlfriend and I were given the runaround for over a month. We were made to travel every week, each time with the excuse that the director was absent, only to have our internships canceled at the last minute. Because of this complete lack of professionalism, I'm left without an internship at the last minute and in a critical situation with my school. To top it all off, our internship agreements were returned to us completely crumpled and covered in coffee stains. Utter contempt and absolutely shameful behavior for professionals. If you're looking for a respectful organization, look elsewhere.

Hotel very well located. Spacious room with a view of the citadel. High-quality bedding. Generous and well-prepared breakfast. I highly recommend it!
