We had a fantastic time at the Salle L'Envie! A super welcome, Ivana was brilliant in her role. A great time, we'll be back better prepared next time 🤣

We just left the escape room and I have to admit we're all in agreement: we're really disappointed. One of our members had done the escape room a few years earlier and told us it was the best escape room of his life, very scary, and that the actor did a great job, with lots of interaction and jump scares. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. We expected to be terrified, in a suspenseful atmosphere, but in the end, we were bored. There must have been a chainsaw that was clearly broken, and we had very little contact with the actress. We called to make a small complaint because, frankly, we all found it very expensive at €26 per person. According to the receptionist, it's not their responsibility that we didn't have fun, and they claim that we supposedly didn't select the horror option. Except that we checked the invoice carefully and... It is clearly stated that we selected this option. No goodwill gesture, no specific explanation of the situation, so we all agree that this is not a place we will return to, nor one we would recommend. Hoping this review will make a difference for future customers who are expecting a truly awful experience.

Incredible Escape Game, truly one of the best on the French Riviera without a doubt! A truly emotional experience, brilliantly designed puzzles, and ABOVE ALL, a wonderful game master, Ivana! A fantastic actress, she sets the mood perfectly and knows how to help when needed! A huge thank you to her ❤️ from the most terrified member of the team!

Gotham-themed Hall of Pride completed tonight. A fantastic experience, amazing sets and atmosphere, and a huge thank you to our gamemaster Ivana for both her warm welcome and her helpful "interventions" 😄
