To visit the excellent restaurant and enjoy the jungle atmosphere again :) Great meal and fantastic service 🌿 🌾 ☀️ 🦜 The jungle atmosphere in the large, natural garden is an exclusive experience. Bathed in sunshine during the day, it's beautifully illuminated in the evening. There are lovely spots to relax and a pool with a tropical touch. The cuisine is outstanding – both in taste and presentation. Bravo! Add to that the genuinely warm and welcoming service. A great breakfast and plenty of space throughout the entire area to eat and drink wherever you like. The massage was very sensitive and professional. The room was large, modern, and everything had a wonderful feel-good atmosphere. A truly special, artistic, and unique 4-star hotel! Thank you for everything :)

A lovely hotel with a lobby and rooms almost entirely decorated with contemporary artwork. Admire the tropical garden and swimming pool, even if just for a drink, right in the heart of Nice's prestigious Carré d'Or district.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Frankly, I felt ripped off. I spent three nights there, and at checkout, the reception presented me with an additional bill for drinks. These were small bottles of water (still and sparkling) that I found in the room's refrigerator. Every day when I returned, I drank them, thinking they were complimentary... but they weren't! No one had informed me that these drinks were chargeable, and nothing was clearly indicated in the room or at reception. I find this truly outrageous and deceptive. Next time, they might charge me for shampoo too... In short, be very careful. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Honestly, I felt like I was being scammed. I stayed for three nights, and at check-out, the reception presented me with an extra bill for some “consumptions.” These were small bottles of still and sparkling water that I found in the fridge in my room. Every day when I came back, I joked with them thinking they were complimentary… but they were not! No one informed me that these drinks were chargeable, and there was nothing clearly indicated either in the room or at the reception. I find this very misleading and unacceptable. Next time, maybe they’ll charge me for the shampoo too… Be very carefull

I recently stayed at the Hotel Windsor. The receptionist was pleasant, even though our room wasn't ready when we arrived, despite having waited an hour and a half longer than the recommended time. We were kindly offered juice in the hotel's lovely garden while we waited. A real little hidden jungle, just as the hotel's name suggests. The room was very nice with original decor, a TV, and a nice little sitting area. A few minor drawbacks: no bath mat provided, low water pressure in the shower, an old kettle, and instant coffee—well, coffee is always welcome. Breakfast was good, though a bit basic: pastries, bread, hot drinks from a machine, and a few savory items. Good, but nothing special. It was a good stay; you can do everything on foot around the hotel: the Promenade des Anglais, the waterfall, Place Masséna, gardens, and a zoo 15 minutes away by car. Overall, a good stay, though perhaps I expected more, as has been the case in other 4-star hotels.

We had a very pleasant stay. The location was ideal, the welcome warm, and the room beautiful with a balcony overlooking the garden, dominated by a huge rubber tree. The food was excellent. Very good value for money and the breakfast buffet was superb! We will be back!

This is a very centrally located hotel. The rooms are very eclectically decorated and very clean. The restaurant in the hotel changes the menu daily and was excellent. The staff is very helpful, thank Tessa! There is also a nice outdoor area to relax or take your breakfast out to enjoy. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as is the train and ocean promenade.

Very comfortable and pleasant hotel right in the city center. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend it. The only downside is the restaurant, which in my opinion deserves to be improved. A Caesar salad with four oak leaves and three cucumber slices, no vinaigrette, and two pieces of breaded chicken is a real shame for a hotel of this caliber. One would expect more elaborate, flavorful dishes with better presentation. Apart from that, the hotel is top-notch.

An excellent hotel. It's located in the city center, practically parallel to the famous seafront road. The rooms are bright, well-furnished, and spacious, and the bathrooms are large.
