Excellent hotel in the very center. The cleaning is just superb. The breakfasts are good.

It doesn't even deserve one star. The service was terrible and the staff were uncooperative. I couldn't tolerate even one night there, despite paying for four. I didn't stay, and I wasn't refunded. I absolutely do not recommend it. They gave me a very smelly room next to a noisy building, and they refused to change my room even though I had booked another one with a city view. Booking at this hotel is the worst thing you can do for yourself.

This is the worse experience i hade in my life the room is beside a construction site very noisy I booked for another room and they refused to give it to me and the bathroom had a very bad smell is a sewerage and the service was really poor I booked for 4 nights and pay for it and they refused to refund it i did wake away at the same day and the didn’t even bother to ask me why i pay full price and didn’t even stay i have prove pls no one get in my same problem and book for this hotel

I liked everything a lot and I am satisfied.

One of the best hotel I have been in, very helpful and friendly stuff , the rooms are huge and very clean and organised, the shower was my highlight of the vacation there, and the bed is comfortable, the only thing I would improve is the breakfast, it was good but not the best , except that really really amazing hotel 👏

Thank you for your customer service and hospitality. The rooms are very clean, cleaned daily, and everyone is friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near Europe Square, which is right in the center, while the sea is just a two-minute walk away. We visited the spa area and played billiards. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. We were upgraded to a new room, for which we are especially grateful 🙌🏼

I can only give a review on the service because we haven’t been to the actual hotel. We booked a lot of accommodations throughout Georgia on our two week trip. Unfortunately we had to cancel all of them due to a family emergency in Tbilisi. Everyone understood our situation and didn’t make a problem of it, besides Hotel Monarch. As a worker in the restaurant business myself, I can understand cancellation policies 100%. But there’s always room to show some humanity, which we unfortunately did not see here.

Good location! My room was quite big, but noizy and has bad smell. Breakfast starts at 8 AM
