My friends have been living there for two years now. Rooms are rented both seasonally and long-term. There's a pool. The sea is a 7-minute walk away.

It was terrible. It was supposed to be a short vacation. There aren't many hotels in this area, and they don't mention on the booking site that the hotel is undergoing major renovations every day. At that price per night, we were lucky we didn't think to book for more days; my child and I were woken up every morning by the sound of drills and hammers. The location wasn't the best either; it was difficult to get to, and there were trash bins near the entrance to the hotel area that hadn't been cleaned during our stay, and it smelled awful. The room was nice and clean, but it didn't matter when we couldn't get a good night's sleep, especially with our child.

There's constant noise, the construction itself has been going on for 3 months (at this point) and it's unclear how much longer it will last. It's as if they're drilling behind your wall for hours and even 5 hours at a time. It's impossible to even be at home or work. They lied when we moved in that there would be no restoration in the building and that it was quiet around. You can hear your neighbors very well, and the soundproofing is poor.

Good place for escaping busy city!!! Great appartment hotel, with very good value for money and service. Room I was renting, had everything one could need as solo traveller. The cozy valcony with the sea view, is defnitely great benefit. Would recoomend to stay for short and long term stays.

Cash only, pool not clean, 15-minute wait to check out? Minimally furnished rooms, good bathroom, insufficient parking, very basic door lock, good Wi-Fi.

A beautiful, quiet place close to the Botanical Garden, the zipline, and the train station.
