Everything went smoothly, very nice service.
First of all, we went with our travel agency. The air conditioning wasn't working, there was no hot water, the hotel owner cut off the electricity himself, so we couldn't even use the elevator. Because he had a problem with our travel agent, they took my friend and me to the police station and held us there like prisoners until our agent arrived. I absolutely do not recommend it; they completely ruined our vacation. It's not worth the money you pay. STAY AWAY! YOU COULD BE TAKEN TO THE POLICE STATION AT ANY MOMENT.
The hotel's location is very convenient, just ten minute walk from Green Cape beach and the botanical garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
We've been here since the hotel's inception. Our children grew up here. And the hotel manager is definitely the heart and soul of this amazing, friendly place, where we return year after year.
We're currently staying at this hotel, and thanks to the attentive and caring staff, we've decided to stay for a few more days! The rooms are large and clean, the beds are comfortable, the renovations are fresh, and the room is cozy. All the staff are friendly and helpful! I'd especially like to mention the receptionist, Irina! She helped us with a comfortable check-in, accommodated all our requests, and even helped us buy tickets to Tbilisi! This is our third time in Georgia, and this is the most welcoming hotel we've ever encountered! Plus, the location is simply perfect! It's like living in a botanical garden, and the sea is just a 7-minute walk along a picturesque road! Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We'll be back from now on!
