What impressed me most was the friendliness and warmth of the young women. A warm hello and welcome upon arrival, and the same later on while they were serving me. It's not something you can take for granted—serving guests with such attention, always with a smile, and always making sure they're happy. I'm so glad I stayed at this hotel and enjoyed the short stay with my sisters. The young women displayed such great warmth and did a fantastic job. This kind of hospitality stems from genuine conviction, good upbringing and training, but even more so, from the heart. I stayed in a slightly smaller room for one night and slept very well. It was very clean and well-ventilated. The bathroom was large and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was superb, all organic and freshly prepared. They left nothing to be desired! The outdoor area was also very cozy and beautifully decorated, allowing us (my sisters and I) to enjoy a relaxing end to the evening. I was accommodated in a slightly smaller room for one night and slept very well. Hats off to all the staff and employees, but above all, my utmost respect to the young women. I will definitely book this hotel again. I highly recommend it.
A lovingly run hotel with beautiful, well-maintained rooms, a charming garden with plenty of greenery (even outside the window), and lovely outdoor seating. Breakfast was varied with many vegan options (including four different savory spreads, vegan porridge, numerous sweet spreads, vegan yogurt, various milk alternatives, etc.), fresh fruit and vegetables. Egg dishes can be ordered. I would definitely book it again. The spa area (we only looked at it, didn't use it) seemed very well-maintained and cozy. Guests can use a nearby gym free of charge. The beds have firm mattresses, and one of them came with a very comfortable ergonomic pillow.
The food was good, but the portions were too small. We waited a very long time for our food and had to ask several times for our drinks. The gravy we ordered separately arrived after we had already finished our pasta. We also had to wait a long time for the bill. We then had to order our drinks again directly at the bar. Unfortunately, the price was also very high. We won't be coming back.
Very friendly staff and the salt room was really great. The entire wellness area, with its salt theme, is something special. The staff were always courteous and relaxed. I'd gladly come back. The location near the Lech River is also good, even if it takes a little time to get to the city center.
