A very well-maintained hotel with excellent service and a superb breakfast.
I booked a room for four people and found only one bed to sleep in with my husband and my two children. The staff were unpleasant and rude, and they told me I had to pay an extra charge. Even though the surcharge seemed excessive to me, I agreed to pay for an additional bed, but they never even brought it to the room. They didn’t seem to mind that four people were expected to sleep in one bed. We paid 250 euros, which is completely overpriced for what this hotel actually offers. The service leaves a lot to be desired, and their policies are not transparent at all. They sent me an email with the conditions only a few hours before check-in.
A lovingly furnished and dedicatedly managed city hotel in a very quiet location. Highly recommended.
Super stay Very friendly and helpful staff, great location
Very pleasant and friendly contact and service. Beautiful, quiet, and very clean rooms in a stylish setting. A fantastic, excellent breakfast that left nothing to be desired. We were even allowed to use the parking space in the underground garage until the afternoon after check-out so we could go into town. A great location for exploring Bonn on foot. All in all, highly recommended.
Excellent aparthotel in Bonn city center. Top-notch amenities and service. The location is also very good due to its proximity to the motorway.
