Stereowerk

Stereowerk is a mainstream nightclub at Böcklerstraße 30, south of the old town. It isn't a gay club, and we list it for one reason: since 2022 it has hosted MenDance/WomenDance, the queer party that VSE volunteers have run since 1989, one of the oldest queer party series in Germany. The city's LGBTIQ guide says MenDance/WomenDance runs about five times a year, from 22:00 into the early morning, open to queer people and allies. Dates are posted on facebook.com/mendance and vsebs.de. On other nights, Stereowerk's programme is ordinary club fare.
