I want to complain about a very unpleasant experience. I felt discriminated against twice at this restaurant because I am Venezuelan. Two waiters—one named Micha and another called "Monchi"—treated me very badly and disrespectfully. In my opinion, their behavior was racist. On both occasions, I was also threatened that the police would be called if I didn't leave. This hurt me deeply and made me feel very bad. For this reason, I will never visit this restaurant again. It's especially unfortunate because a younger Polish employee is always very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, his two colleagues are the complete opposite. This is truly regrettable.

Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, I have to share a very negative experience. Every time I come to this bar with my Venezuelan friends for a beer, the bartender treats us with a very poor and unfriendly attitude. His facial expressions and behavior clearly show that he doesn't want to serve us – as if we were asking for free drinks. Yet, we are always among the customers who spend the most and order multiple drinks. Therefore, this behavior is completely incomprehensible to me. What's particularly striking is that the same bartender behaves completely differently towards German customers. He smiles, is friendly, and seems relaxed. This stark difference in how customers are treated is very unpleasant and leaves an impression of discrimination. I understand that there are often staff shortages and stress in the hospitality industry. Nevertheless, respect for all customers is a fundamental requirement in any service profession. If someone is unable to treat all customers equally, perhaps they shouldn't be working in direct customer contact. Such behavior significantly damages the bar's image. All guests pay for their drinks and deserve the same respect – regardless of their background. If guests are treated differently because of their background, that's a serious problem for any establishment. Let me make something clear. I'm a respectful and well-mannered person. I would never go to a bar to mistreat a waiter, and certainly not snap my fingers. I have great respect for older people. When I come to your bar and order a beer with ice, I don't expect you to give me the ice for free – I pay for it. Besides, I don't just order two beers, as you said. We're often the customers who spend the most. I think it's important to be able to distinguish between those who are respectful and those who aren't, instead of treating all guests the same. You've often seen me waiting quietly without saying a word. And when I order, I always say "please." Snapping my fingers is not part of my behavior.
