The rooms are modern and stylish, the bar on the 17th floor is fantastic with an incredible view over Düsseldorf, and the restaurant on the 16th floor is excellent for breakfast – a great selection and very tasty! The restaurant in the evening is okay, but I would have preferred a bit more peace and quiet and professional service. It was quite noisy and chaotic; for a French menu with oysters, etc., I expected more refinement. The sauna is on the 14th floor, can be used free of charge, and is very bright. The hotel staff are generally very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning is sustainable and can be requested. The location is good and well-connected to the tram and S-Bahn (suburban train). You can reach the Old Town and the Rhine in just a few minutes.

Absolutely fantastic, I can highly recommend it.

I only went for breakfast. For €30 per person, you'd expect a bit more. However, overall it was an average offering. The staff was well-trained and attentive. The buffet was more like something you'd find at a department store. The cappuccino, though, was delicious :-)

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our room. The hotel was initially reluctant to accommodate us, but after a brief discussion, it was possible. Unfortunately, the beds are extremely small, and the dimensions aren't listed in the Accor app. I've been an Accor member for over 20 years and currently hold Platinum status. According to management, all the beds are only 160/180 cm, which isn't suitable for tall people 🤷. I was approximately 160/190 cm. The shower is separated from the bedroom only by a glass partition. If that's your thing, fine, but it was certainly built that way to save money.

This was our second stay there, and we had a lovely corner room with a view on the 15th floor. It was very nice, and if we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back.

The room wasn't cleaned, even though we had booked it and requested it at reception. There was no internet connection and the reception staff were unfriendly.

It's easy to drive right past the underground parking garage if you don't know where you're going.

Very friendly staff, beautiful and clean room with a fantastic view. Would gladly stay again!

The room was really nice, but unfortunately there was mold in the shower, and after flushing the toilet, we felt like we were in a cave. The service was great, and the connection to the city center is also excellent.
