I received excellent advice from Anna today. I felt completely at ease. Anna immediately understood my style and gave me exactly the right pieces. I will definitely be back!
We were served by a lovely gentleman with white or gray hair. He was very helpful, attentive, and customer-oriented. I've rarely experienced such a friendly and competent advisor. Many thanks to the gentleman who served us. I highly recommend him.
Awesome shop! But unfortunately, you're not allowed to try out the merchandise in the store. I tried anyway and got kicked out, hence only 3 stars.
A very trustworthy and helpful neighbor for years – the shop itself looks very exclusive, bright, welcoming, and high-quality after the renovation – it was a bit dark before. Well, there are always customers when I come, and everything is extremely clean and tidy – probably thanks to the owner. Carsten is very friendly and a model neighbor – it's great to have you around! By the way, I find these negative reviews quite outrageous – I know the Russian-speaking employee, and she's also super friendly. It's a shame that some people can only complain instead of sharing something kind.
This was my first time at this branch; I usually shop in Altwarmbüchen. I really can't understand some of the negative comments. Yes, the prices are higher than online, but you also have to factor in the detailed consultation, etc. The store is very clean. Really nicely decorated. Most of the toys even have a sample unpacked so you can examine them properly and know exactly what you're buying. Everything is well-organized and easy to navigate. The older gentleman who was at the checkout today was a super nice person. The only downside might be that the store isn't located in a more secluded spot like most others, but right in the center. But if you don't mind being seen going in and out, great! 👍 It definitely won't be my last visit. 👍👍👍
